Can you point to which page you're referring to on BYC (which hasn't upgraded yet) so we can point you to the same page on the new system? On the old system the smiley box was below the text area, and now it is above it... is that what you mean?

Mary, thanks for the feedback! We've tried to keep things as similar as possible and have made a few changes. Which items specifically feel different / more cluttered now vs. before?

Recently I've had some problems with my ISP's connection to my sites, but when I connect from a different ISP, everything is zippy fast. The Internets are so complicated!!!! :D

We're looking into all the things that might be causing the sites to load slowly for people. We've made a few changes that will hopefully help, but since the site remains fast for some, it's been tricky to track down the items that are user-specific vs. site-wide. If you notice things improving...
