There is a company, Spalding, that grows these. I have to assume that they are sterile, else they would breed, and then I would only have to buy them 1x/year, and they wouldn't make money.

Talked youngest DD into helping me water!! I had the 2 plastic pitchers full and she emptied them into the whiskey barrel planter with the peppers AND helped me get my walker out so that I could water the 2 pepper pots (sans drainage holes) and the big pot with the tomatoes and peppers.

I once saw an episode on "Croc Hunter"--I know he passed away some 15 years ago--on how multiplying mice will gnaw away at contained livestock, in this case hogs, tormenting them and making them ill.
