    Ducks ALIVE in 2025!

Ducks ..Great PT exercises for many of us who need a bit of extra encouragement. Careful messing around the garden watch your step .. you have a shinny new knee to keep up. I managed to trim back a 45’ area of shrubs that have over grown their area. I trim over a tarp as the trimmings fall, or...

    Homegrown Herbal Tea

Lamb's ear tea, made from the leaves of the Stachys Byzantine plant which has in my garden for years . The fuzzy leaves dry the same size and don’t shrink up like other herbal tea preps. Health benefits like sore throats and colds .

    Homegrown Herbal Tea

Bee Balm -Minarda didymium. Is a member of the mint family and also believe it or not a native to the eastern United States . I like the tea made from the monarda’s brightly colored flowers and the leaves, mixed with flavors of citrus and cinnamon . No sugars needed just a bit of Manuka honey.

What is the song or poem weighs up how you feel today??

@Pulsegleaner Omy the Kingston trio.. I remember them that’s going way back when I was 10/12 years old. Believe it or not my piano teacher went with one of them. Darn if I remember which one. I still have one of their albums she gave her class. It’s a Small World. Isn’t it. Reminds me of that...

    Ducks ALIVE in 2025!

I still have my Sears Kenmore washer and dryers from over 40 years ago. I rarely have problems. They are all metal metal parts and motors and built to last. I recently added a new motor to the washer $120.00 and occasionally change the hoses. I recently read that 30-40 year-old Sears some older...

digitS’ Have you tried hibiscus tea. It’s my favorite and coming in second is peach tea. Both very calming a delightful combination in my tea cup. “Try it you’ll like it.” .. Mmmm who said that in old 80’s cereal commercials?

Thank you for the heads up on meds that help healing a few bruises after my fall. I sprained my ankle pretty bad so icing is also on the list with Tylenol. I’m much better today just a bit slower. Thank you for your kind words of wisdom. @SPedigrees nice herbal check and good info to know...

    Baymule’s Farm

Mowed the lawns. The hay pastures are so dry it would be like mowing dust. Power washed a couple of out buildings and part of the driveway. Now that I have completed the driveway after dinner I still feel like my whole body is still buzzzzz…. Cleared and trimmed a few longer branches off the...

My great grandfather worked in the coal mines. I have a brass oil lamp he used. I guess you could say an early form of a flash light.
