LOTS of wind doesn't help. These every 3-4 day windstorms with gusts around 50mph is putting a strain on the Pacific NW folks and the power systems. The lights have flickered 4 times since I rolled outta bed. (Do you have those wonderful rechargeable devices actually fully charged ;)?) School...

I had the same experience. Luckily for me, the pickup and the deer, it didn't try to jump but hit the fender and bounced away.

And then, I see the photo in @baymule 's morning post! Immediate thought was rescuing the Hereford bull as a young teenager from a barb wire/woven wire fence –– by myself. It was tough. His nose ring was involved! I had to keep thinking how I would jump through the fence into the other field...

The Hereford bulls were what I had to stay away from on the farm. Cows can have different personalities. A few were somewhat dangerous just because they feared people or didn't really like them. Bulls were always asserting themselves. In my dream, the bull was fairly young and not full grown...
