Quiz: 7 Surprising Things Hiding in Your Kitchen That Your Garden Will Love

You're welcome. Any knowledge I have or get I enjoy sharing it with others because I know that I just might help someone else and it just makes me feel happy. My stairstep metal garden bed has little slots on the outside so I had a bunch of decorative glass from the Dollar Store. I put it in the...

Quiz: 7 Surprising Things Hiding in Your Kitchen That Your Garden Will Love

I didn't know anything about getting rid of slugs and snails, with the exception of pouring salt on them, until I watched an episode of Homestead Rescue. I'm actually thinking that after I get enough of the cradles made I can make a trellis for the vines and just try to make sure that the pumpkins sit on the cradle. I'm just basically experimenting with the cradles and maybe the trellis could be for a different variety. I grew a pumpkin that was...

My chickens decided to go try to dig out all the potatoes in the big pallet bed but I put some sticks in the small one so they attempted to dig those up but they gave up.

I can remember when we were going to visit my husband's family in Hanford and OH what a nightmare that was. The fog was so thick you probably couldn't cut through it with a chainsaw. I'm good with staying at home on the bad days unless my husband is home and then he can drive, that's why he's a...
