We use Roots Organics (Essential Earth) which Is Humid Acid in our transplant soilless mix plus general organic contains some humic acid in there products.

So far we like the General Organic line but we have plans of using Nectar of the Gods next year just to see how that product works.

Your problem could be transfer from your growing medium to the peat pots. What medium are you using? Check the medium pH and maybe the water your using also. I wouldn't be surprised if your medium is a bit on the acidic side.
