I think you will be amazed! Mommas will hold their own even if they are not at the top of the pecking order. And the last time we had a broody hatch one, that baby was out of the nest after a few days and Momma had her getting up to the roosting pole 4ft off the ground within a week. I bet...

We love peepers! It is a sure sign of spring where we live. I was also happy to find two frogs in one of our "ponds". I like them. I like thier noises and I like the fact that they eat bugs. :pop Taste like popcorn they say. :lol:

Very pretty! Irises are one of those tubers that you could just toss in the back of your compost pile and not even plant them and they would do fine. Tough buggers! What a nice gift. :D
