Oh I love eggplant! my experience has been that it takes on the flavor of whatever you cook it with... My fave is to saute it in olive oil, with garlic, salt and potato cubes... YUMMY!!! :drool

The DH *loves* zucchini sauteed in olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, and french tarragon! I've served it a few times, and you either absolutely LOVE it or don't like it at all. Too bad I haven't been able to find any french tarragon for the last two years!!

Hi all, I started noticing that my cucumber plants are getting lots of holes in their leaves, and my tomato plants are getting munched on too... I was wondering if anyone had any home made sprays that they like to use to keep pests off? I'm short on cash, so I can't go buy anything right now...

Mmmm! I can't wait for goats milk! we are planning on getting a 4 this summer, so another year or so until we freshen... BUT I've heard that goat milk mozzarella is very difficult to make, so don't say nothing too exciting!!!
