They work great. That's all I use now. No transplant shock, no damage trying to get the roots out of a plastic confinement, etc.

BOSS=black oil sunflower seed. Those are the small black ones you find in wild bird food mixes. Also can be bought separately. I feed them to my chickens to brighten up their feathers and overall health.

I use Spray-n-Grow and think it helps my plants grow bigger and stronger.
