Probably not going to like my response. Spray now. When plants are starting to shut down, spray again (this is the most effective time). Then when things start to green up in spring, spray again. At this time use a mix of urea and ammonium sulfate to feed the grasses. They will then help...

We can all expect house insurance to go up as the companies will raise rates to pay for their losses in Cali and The east coast. Insurance companies never lose money except when they pay their people too much. Banks & government require it at any cost -so a license to steal.
