These are Capitano Bush Beans from Johnny's. Some areas they grow really good and in other areas they get these red spots. Could it be something in my soil? A fungus of some sort? Has anyone else had this problem or have you seen this?

It's just all over the garden everywhere growing with everything kind of like how Jewelweed grows.
