I don't have a shredder but here's what I do. I herd the leaves into big piles with my Dixie Chopper (mower) and then mow them up with my small mulching mower - which has a bag. Then I just dump it all right into the gardens.

I wish I could be there. I bought seeds from them for the first time this year. I was disappointed that a few things I wanted were not available. One was their Painted Mountain Corn. I can't wait to see how the Pink Accordian Tomatoes and Cinderella Pumpkins do.
