I watched a video where they dragged a car out of the water using a winch on a wrecker. The men couldn’t open the doors so they broke windows. Finally got doors open and it was full of mud. They dug mud out with shovels. This is what the responders and volunteers are doing to every vehicle...

Y’all pray for the families affected by this tragedy. This is 300 miles and 5 1/2 hours away from me. I cannot fathom the loss and grief. My own granddaughter is going to camp next week. This hits home...

Coffee is ready! I’m going to Fort Worth today to visit friends. I’ll be back tomorrow afternoon. I start teaching Sunday school again this weekend for my 3 month quarter. Our church is so small, all the kids are in the same class. It gets interesting.

I got my truck back yesterday! I’ve got things to do today, but I’ll go get diesel tomorrow so Carson gets a truck ride. Then I’ll fuel up the mule and he gets a mule ride too! Happy dog!
