    Garlic in a flowerpot

    What types of garlic did you grow with? I planted some Elephant, Late Italian, and Spanish Roja. Never grown garlic before, but they all have 4-5" green shoots right now. They're in my new raised garden bed, which has a combination of compost and top soil.

    NPK ratio of my fertilizer

    Like others said, it's almost impossible to tell with the available information. A lab test will be required. However, NPK ratio isn't normally the best part of compost, it's the many trace mineral and secondary nutrients available, as well as te microbial life which is great for your soil.

    Just wanted to check -- you're using correct lights, yes? Regular bulbs won't work, you need something in the 6500k range for fluorescents.
