Today I'm planting the daffodils I rescued from a farm being torn down. And the Iris, Surprise Lilies, and other unidentified bulbs. Hopefully they'll do OK with an out-of-season transplant.

So, not paperwhites, but white daffodils. Good to know that. I will look forward to fall...and see if I get surprise flowers then. That would be fun! I'll look up Leucojum as another possible option. Thank you all for the help.

Are there really snowdrops that grow that tall? I've only seen ones that are about 6" in height.
