This is my second year of growing potatoes. Last year I had a great crop for just two small rows. I expanded a bit this year. In need of a side starch for tonights dinner I dug a bit and was pleasantly rewarded with a sign of the harvest ahead. Kennebecs and Katahdins.
If this is for real, I wish I had the resources and the equipment because I'm only 20 minutes from here. I hope someone takes advantage.
