    Thanks everyone, I was worried. I know I didn't process them long enough, but they did seal, I was suppose to do them another 10 minutes being my altitude is high. Should I do them again?? I too was going to turn them upside down. :lol: It just looks better.

    LOL, I'm sure some of mine are taller then 4ft, they are monsters, with no tomates. I got some heritage beefsteak seeds.

    Wanted you guys to see my Indian Corn

    I know most indian corn can be ground into flour, I dont think its sweet enough to eat off the cob. I was wondering if it can be used for animal feed, I sure it could be.

    Mine sort of did the same thing, they grew huge, and no tomatoes. My DH went and took an eraser around and pollenated them for me, now I have tomatoes. I'm not sure if there is a shortage of bees this year, maybe there is.

    Strawberry Jam

    I've never made it but want to try, does anyone have any REALLY good recipes?? My dad is very picky about his strawberry jam. He likes it sort of runny, not chunky from the pectin. Thanks
