Amy of you guys know what thesee are? Do I need to get rid of them? If so how?
There were 10 or 20 of them attacking a small beetle while I was taking pics.
I'm going to build some 10 inch deep raised beds tomorrow. Filling them with bagged dirt from Lowe's would be high dollar. Would it be a bad idea to fill half of the bed with unfinished compost and put soil on top of that? I plan on planting in early march
so my cantaloupe get very large, sit there green for about a month and then get these soft brown spots that eventually rot plumb through. so far 12 melons have went to the chickens and i havent gotten 1. i have had one in my window for a month. it's the size of a basketball and still green...
how would you plant bush beans in back to Eden method? rack back the mulch and plant in the dirt? sow in the wood chips? transplant in the wood chips?
