Hello I'm originally from Battle Creek, MI, now live in Oklahoma. I have a small vegetable garden but next year I'm gonna try the Back to Eden method and have a bigger garden. It will save on watering and weeding here when it stays 90+ all summer and humid as can be.
As I drank my coffee in quiet and prayed I thought how nice it would be to have a godly man as a friend to do things with or just hang out in the garden with the chickens. I miss that, it helps with the feelings of loneliness that sneak up on me sometimes. Just to have a great friend you can...
I started red cabbage, lettuce, snowball cauliflower, spinach, broccoli and some herbs. Their little green heads are poking out already. Oh and brussel sprouts too
In doing my own research, because I want dairy goats, I found that goats are more bramble/woody type eaters than mowers of grass type stuff. Sheep would be better mowers
Hey nice to meet you. Had a pipe burst out in the solarium that flooded into my frontroom but not too badly thank God. Other than that I was good. I grew up in Michigan and lived 8 years in Iowa so cold dont scare me lol. I do hate the wind tho.
