Has anyone here tried these types of tomato seeds? Apparently they don't get diseases or leaf curl and the such? Curious!

I have at least 50 bell peppers and about 20 lbs. of spanish onions. I hate to see them go to waste. I gave as many as I could away but this is what I have left. What can I do with them? I've never heard of canning onions, and I know peppers turn to mush after freezing. Any suggestions...
