We made jalapeño poppers, I put them in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, let them cool. Then I bagged them up and vacuum sealed them. I got 10 bags with 18-20 in each bag. Put them in the freezer!

Wrapped in bacon too! That is the deluxe model... I'm getting way too hungry for this late at night. :drool

Today’s haul. 3 fat cucumbers for seed, 1 not so fat for consumption. Gathered my pink banana squash. One had a big hole, over the fence it went to the sheep who ate it with gusto. And a surprise watermelon!

One has a small hole, how long after picking are the squash considered cured? I hope this one isn’t a goner too. Would it be ok to cut it now?
