It did and does get to 32-33 degrees here at night this time of year but the only time it has snowed in over 100 years here was last year on Valentine's day.
We are at around 1400 feet in elevation, and the mountains got around 1-2 ft of now around us. The town of Julian is around 4000 feet and they routinely get snow, which is only 20 miles from Ramona.
