brussels sprouts

I have been trying to grow large sprouts for years but mine are always too small. We need so many for a portion that they take too long to clean up. I live in the UK midlands and our weather is usually around freezing in winter and 70-80 in summer. Does anyone know of any good varieties or techniques?

try adding some compost.

If that doesn't work, then I'll look up a good type of brussels sprouts that you can use.

Hope they grow good!!!!!!
