Only in California ... Someone in Cal. is selling steel cans of "dehydrated water " ... instructions say to just add water into the steel can . Label claims that this item is 100% organic ! Now, can anyone explain how a steel can can be 100% organic , is wrapped in a paper label with ink printed words , AND when one has to add your own water into it ?
