These came from the upper bedrooms in the big house, on the folks ranch in Gardena, CA. The house was built for the Belle of Georgia over 100 years ago,~but that's another story.

Daddy replaced these at mama's request with new lights. Daddy kept these, he kept everything just like you and I do. I put them up when I built the house, there are two, a three light and a four light.

Wife wanted them rebuilt, only one light in each was working. Look what was under 100 years of gunk.

The brass was in part coated with lacquer, I was willing to respray, but wifey said put it up. Some parts had been replaced years ago, most likely by daddy, I put it together with the parts that were there~using new wire and light sockets.

Pariv Larisa, Good to hear from you.

Nyboy, I would guess the Squash Blossom lenses are not original. As for a larger medallion, I'll ask wifey. It looks good but they're twenty bucks a pop!

I think when the ceiling is painted along with the medallion it won't stand out as you see it.
