I started a bunch on a lark. Now I have 5-6 ready to eat. Not real fond of fried regular cabbage. Any recipes?

Egg rolls :)

Also we buy rice paper and I shred the cabbage, grate carrots, thinly sliced cucumbers and lightly fried tofu chunks seasoned with soy sauce, pepper and garlic. Roll it all up in the rice paper and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.

Simple Stir-fries. Cook rice.

Your selection of garden vegetables cut up. Those that may take longer to cook, you can cut thinner. The stem of the Chinese cabbage will need more time than the green part of the leaves.

Have your unsalted broth and soy sauce standing by. Heat oil in a pan at fairly high heat. In go the veggies. Toss. Add broth as needed. Sprinkle with soy sauce during final moments. Serve on rice.
