what a great repeat dinner dw found this one early last year on pinterest

changes...
1 breast per person
8 tbs sake
3 egg whites
3 tbs soy sauce
9 tbs cornstarch
dice the ginger

lightly brown the rice add water,stir as needed
use 6 tbs of butter rather than oil in frying pan add rest of ingredients till married

for chicken fry in small batches

once done mix with sauce ....serve with the rice
sesame seeds are just for show.....
optional.... saute some bok choy

there would have been a photo,but everyone is feeling better and has a appetite of a horse..
promise will post the next time we make it.....

:drool You post this when DH and I have to watch what we eat! No fair! We have gained weight since my mom has come to live with us, she expects meat, 3 veggies, bread and dessert every meal......I feel like a restaurant. And when I cook all that stuff--of course DH and I eat it! Just gotta stop......Majorcatfish, you aren't helping here. glad you didn't post pics.....

That looks really good. I've made several Asian dishes where cornstarch was used for thickening the sauce, but I never knew it could be used as a batter as well. I will have to try this sometime.
