Yesterday I made dandelion tea from the flower petals of a dandelion! I added a large dollop of honey! Yummy!

I’ve even made iced tea from Dandelion flowers. Hot or cold, Ute good.
Roll the green calyx between your fingers and thumb, it will loosen up the yellow petals. You can dehydrate or fry the petals for a sunny cup of hot tea in the winter.

Oooh! I'll have to try it cold too! Thank you! 😊

Pluck maybe say 5 good sized dandelion flower tops. Pick the yellow flowers off and put them in your tea mug. Put a dollop of honey in the cup. Add boiling water and let steep for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Thank you 😊 💓
