I finally found a variety of dill, called Tetra, that is compact and seems adapt well to a small pot. The pot in the photo is only four inches in height.

The Cooks Garden claims that Tetra is also known as Dukat. I guess they might be right.
Jack, dill seems a bit prone to mildew in the garden. That disease can certainly be a problem in a greenhouse. Any trouble there?
