Can anyone tell me what this is? I'm not even going to offer up an opinion at this point, because I've tossed a few things around and they all sound off. Hopefully someone knows a little more than I do and it will be an easy one to identify. :idunno 2015-04-24 09.15.55.jpg 1509802_932819190072789_938298229850562329_n.jpg 10411727_932819243406117_4501955154848713543_n.jpg 10995886_932819266739448_1506854248432365497_n.jpg 11026194_932819213406120_4367700088420026848_n.jpg

So.... I went through the bug key and it led to cockroach too. I googled cockroach and came across a picture of an Oriental Roach, http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/urban/roaches/oriental_cockroach.htm. I'm pretty sure this is it. Apparently it likes damp places and due to all the rain Oklahoma has been getting (thank ya, Jesus!), my drowning flowers are a perfect home. Ugh... hopefully it was a "lone wolf".

I agree. I thought it was smushed, or half eaten, when I found it because it's head was sticking up like that. I've live out in the boondocks my entire life and have seen some funny looking bugs, but never one like this. Imagine my surprise when the thing started moving. :ep
