I have industrial chain link fence on both sides of my lot (old mill parking lots). The fence rows were really overgrown with weeds, shrubs, trees, etc. I have cleaned them out and got rid of all the noxious plants but now have a beautiful??? chain link fence that is an eyesore. Any suggestions on a good evergreen vine...I have used Confederate Jasmine in the past, but it may not survive in this climate zone (7A).

Maybe consider one that isn't evergreen-might make it easier on you, and besides the dead vines add winter interest until springs new growth when you rip them off to add to your compost pile...hummmm just a thought
