Checking to see if I can learn that now. (Still a little early in PDLT zone

It would be ironic if I need help identifying a Silene. @Pulsegleaner had to help @Gardening with Rabbits and me with the weed awhile back. (But then, @Pulsegleaner thinks of me as a kid so I guess that it's ok.)

They have not seen it flower.
A neighbor gave it to them, apparently, not knowing what it is.
I shared the id information with them and they have looked at some foliage pics. Thank you and I can report back.

i was thinking sage or salvia of some kind, but that is where my expertise ends. i'm horrible at identifying things i haven't actually grown.
