Wow, those are so pretty! I bet they will taste wonderful, too. I haven't had a good egg to eat in months. :(

Eggs have been and still are - an important part of our diet. Should have that backyard flock again!

Even something so simple as a deviled egg sandwich ... DW had never had deviled eggs before she knew me. Shoot, so simple ... she has a special platter for them on the holiday table. I just set my timer, boil, peel, and use a big fork with the mayo & mustard. Good bread ...

Hmmm, sounds like Saturday's lunch.

NYboy, here is a cullinary tip for you to make your life easier without :duc when you peal the hard boiled fresh egg. Let the eggs sit for at least a week or more BEFORE you hard boil them... the shell will then peal with ease ! :weee

Another way is to crack the shell and take off under cold water. Saw that on Food-haven't done it yet.
