Last night we experimented at our house. I took a bag of the usual frozen sugar snap peas and the ones I grew on my closeline and stir fried them the same.

There was not any comparison in taste, texture or color. I may never be able to eat frozen snow peas again! My DH didn't want to finish the frozen ones :/

I'm not sure I've ever had snow peas frozen, but fresh is always the best, isn't it? :)

Fresh is the best, however the other will do if you don't have fresh. I have debated growing some in a pot in the house to see if I could get them to eat in the winter.

When cooking them try this

Add a couple sprays on No Stick spray to a hot pan and throw in a hand full of pods.

Flip and turn them for 1 minute or 2.

Sparingly sprinkle garlic salt on them.

Cook for another 30 seconds or so.

Right before you are ready to take them off put about a quarter cup of light italian dressing on them and stir.

It's good eats!!!!!!!

I make this if I an make it to the house with anypods ( I love them fresh and raw!)
