Cats are great they keep away other cats!

Cats keep the rats at bay!

And among all they love to help me propagate cuttings!
Iris shown here keeping the rooting medium warm to promote root growth!

Love the cat pics! I was growing grass in an old wicker chair- it looks really cute. It was doing well and then it started dying-couldn't figure it out- then I saw the cat snoozing on the grass/chair for hours at a time. Now, I understand. I guess the acres of grass weren't as comfy as the tiny patch in the chair!

Jake enjoying the pasture at the end of summer.

Suzie supervising the irrigating. Unfortunately Suzie has been missing for about a week now. I am hoping she still makes it home. Irrigating this past weekend was very lonely without her.

I am sorry I missed this when I looked at the pictures.
I hope she has made it back!

Thank you caring about my poor Suzie Q.

I have been out looking for her. Checked in the barn and out in the pasture. I do have some new cows in the pasture but the usually leave the kitties alone. I don't know what could have gotten her. I generally don't have much of a predator problem. Occasionally owls but she was always home before dark. I have a neighbor who has the reputation of shooting cats but mine generally stay pretty close to home.
