Golden Sunrise, Distant Forest Fire

About 45 miles to the south there are a couple small forest fires. The summer winds bring the smoke northward to the east of us. I am typing this in a golden light, quite beautiful, but that is the sunlight filtered low through lots of sky with bands of smoke.

This planet sure is beautiful!!!

Sounds beautiful marshall. I believe that some images are meant to be shared with a beautiful picture. And then others...like you saw this morning are meant to be seen by few. Spectacular moments. Glad you got to see it.
