The cable in the picture comes from the power line to a tree then to the tower on the roof. The young fellow, Brian, went for the big truck and projected in with a basket all the way from the road to install a new line.
The lights in the forth frame are from the big truck down on the roadway, heck of a cherry picker.

I asked him:"How you gona work that line without throwing the main?" He said "Very carefully!"
Below the basket he was riding is the Telephone line, at chest level was the line coming into the house, and over his head was a 14,000volt power line.
He said he was at home sitting on the couch with his shoes off when the call came. He left with a bottle of homemade to enjoy when he and his wife next sit on the couch. Nice young man, they have a couple baby girls.
