Great Portobello Mushroom Recipes??

I got some great big beauties from a woman who grows them near me. Does anyone have an especially way to use these? I have a good soup recipe, but it seems a shame to lose it in a multi-ingredient soup...

We cut thick slices like a thick sliced tomato & grill on cheeseburger. Add it when the meat is 3/4 done cooking. Delicious! :)

I like to stuff them with a sort of meatloaf mixture and bake them, topped with cheese, or just grill them (marinated in Good Season Italian dressing) to make what I call a Bella burger (no meat). I do know that it is important to remove the gills as this part can be funky tasting at best.
