Hello from North Idaho

Hi All! I love to grow things, especially perennial flowers. Just recently I got back into raising rabbits and want to add to my herb/medicinal plants collection for their benefit. Here's hoping I can find someone nearby to share/trade with and find some tips for my Zone. (Post Falls area, close to Spokane WA)

LocoYokel is also my handle at BYH and BYC.
CAUTION: I love to learn and spend WAY too MUCH time reading threads and lurking...

LocoYokel Recipe:
Start with 8 BSL hens, 6 meat rabbits, 1 lionhead buck in the house, throw 3 dogs, a cat, 2 fishtanks, 1 chinchilla and a husband in with a dash of humor.
Slowly fold flowerbeds, veggie garden, herbs and container plants into the mix.
Simmer at Low Panic setting during kindling, planting and harvesting times.
Chill thoroughly for 4 months.
Serving Size: 1 year

Welcome LocoYokel! Sounds like your one of us. There are a couple people here who may live close to you but not sure. They are @thistlebloom and @Gardening with Rabbits . They will be more familiar with your growing zone. Maybe @digitS' too.

Welcome from NY. I don't know how much space you have, but mulberry leaves are great food for rabbits. The trees do grow big and their berries can be messy.

Welcome neighbor from Eastern Washington. We live about 25miles Southwest of CDA. And about 20 miles Due south of Spokane Valley. There are several of us that live in this area. Gods country lol. Glad you joined this group.

Welcome @LocoYokel glad you are here. I think most of use started by lurking. I thought of Sweet Miss Daisy as soon as I read you are near Spokane. As well as Thistlebloom. Last summer my cousin's grandsons got some lionhead rabbits. OMG they are CUTE!
