Holiday Weekend Anyone Having BBQ ?

This weekend is beginning of summer. All about beach and BBQ here. If your lucky you get a invite to the Hamptons. Any one have plans? I will have BBQ just not sure which day. Weatherman is saying showers on and off. Have a frozen corn beef that I never made St Paddys day, going to throw that on the grill. Got to make sure there is propane in tank.

Have you checked to see if the corned beef will be appropriate for barbeque? I don't know if it would be tender enough. Ask a better cook than I am, before you do it, lol.

Last weekend my husband and I went up to our cabin to do our annual clean up. It was all work and no fun. This weekend we are going up there to take a queen bed I purchased on CL. Then we are going to hit Murphys which is a tiny town with lots of quaint shops and antique stores. It is also known for having good wineries, so we will be hitting those also.

We just want to relax and have fun exploring surrounding areas.

No BBQ, we will be eating out. Too much work for only 2 people.

Lucky, corned beef is appropriate for anything....
I'm going to BBQ some pork steaks and corn on the cob.

I learned a almost no work way to BBQ. Place all food to be cooked on table next to BBQ. On other side of BBQ place a ice chest filled with beer. Light grill walk away, come back later, find 3 guys standing around grill cooking.
