I pickled WHAT? A contest :D

I spy with my little eye...

Identify all of the ingredients in my latest pickling adventure and win a prize packet with a fabulous seed assortment!

Now I just want you to identify the stuff, not the brine. The brine is a simple water, ACV, honey and sea salt blend that us midwestern types typically use for refrigerator pickles.

It is quite an eclectic mix, but I had to get stuff in before we got a frost and didn't enough of any one thing to do stuff separately. Hence this jar.

For size reference, is this a quart or a pint jar?

I've come up with 8 so far...still not sure even on some of those. I need an emoticon for "scratching my head"!

I'm having a hard time with the pictures They are all so large they only load 1/2 way before my computer quits. :/

Clue #2: There is no white onion in the mix.
