Images & Pictures On Old System - How To Access

Upload images on this new platform is definitely easier than the old system.

All the images previously uploaded will still work fine in your old threads, but unfortunately we don't yet have the ability to convert them over to this new system.

So, to clarify:

1. Pictures uploaded to the old system are still live, but not integrated here for access gallery browsing.
2. New pictures uploaded to the new platform will be stored locally and you can access all uploaded pictures since the conversion by going hovering over your username top-right and clicking "My Attachments": http://www.theeasygarden.com/attachments/mine

I do have a hacked together way to access your old pics on the old system, here are the steps:

1. Go to the backup of the old site gallery here: http://www.theeasygarden.com/forum/uploadimg_view.php?view=gallery
2. If you're not logged in, use your old system login info to access that page.
3. You'll be able to browse your old pics and even still link to them.

You'll see a list. I'm curious if y'all see the number of views to your pics or is that an admin-only view?

Nifty, the number of views shows on my list. They vary from 20 to 39.

I'm starting to like the features of this site! The hover dropdowns was basically new to me, but once I know they are there, wow, extra features. One of the minor things is scrolling to find things on it.

Here is how to access & use previously uploaded images:

1. Go to the "My Attachments" link: http://www.theeasygarden.com/attachments/mine
2. Right click on the image you want to use
3. Copy the link location
4. Click the image icon
5. Insert the image URL that you copied

We used to be able to access our library of images. Is that still there? Do we have a limit to images? Should we delete old ones?

Cat, I'm pretty certain that there is no limit to images anymore, since you upload them from your own computer files. Yay!
