Micro Greens

I don't know who put the idea in my nephews head ( bet last dollar a girl )he wants to grow micro greens for market. He told me I have a empty green house and now have the grow stand. He believes seeds will sprout and be market size in a week because they are micro sized. He also wanted to get chickens which I refused.
