This is Eva.
She is a Jersey/Angus cross - about 7 months old now - and an "A2".
I can't wait to meet her!!!
This was taken back in Feb.

Isn't she cute! Did you find her locally Cane? I guess not, since you haven't met her yet. Is she being delivered or are you going to seat belt her in to the cab of your truck?

She is currently near Harrisonburg. Not 'local' but not TOO far away.
They are working out delivery of several calves for sometime in the next week or so.
Although... if it goes much past that I am likely to start building a rumble seat in the back of my truck for her to ride home in.
:D

Not yet. But I can't imagine that it will be long before something will turn up...
Problem is that it will have to be something big enough that my fences will hold it.
(I wonder if the dog's radio collar will work on a goat.........)

The radio collar on goat question came up awhile ago with our new neighbors. They looked into it and it has been done. So.....?

Maybe other goat people would disagree, but as much as they are my favorite breed, I think I would avoid Nubians. They are just born for getting themselves in trouble.
