Yesterday hot water only lasted a minute then turned cold. Heating repairman change mixer valve still not working. Replacing coil tomorrow $1,200 to put in new coil plus $105 for any bolts that break, there are 6 bolts. I can not do business without hot water. :barnie:barnie:barnie:hit:hit:hit:he:he:he

on demand sounds well worth it, several stations or just one? could likely be better because if one unit goes out you still have others...

good luck on bolts...
