Not receiving message notifications

I have it set up in my profile to receive notices but I am not receiving an email when I have a private message. Not sure why...I do on BYC. Please advise. Thanks so much!

That's odd. Maybe you should double check that the settings are right. :/

This is probably about the 5th time I have checked my settings. The same thing happens on ss forum but not on byc.

What I have selected is:

Select whether you want your e-mail address to be viewable to other users or not and if you want other users to be able to send you e-mail via the forum (form e-mail) or not.
Display your e-mail address.
X Hide your e-mail address but allow form e-mail.
Hide your e-mail address and disallow form e-mail.

This is the right choice, correct?

I do not receive message notification from anywhere but BYC.

I do not think that option you checked affects your PM notices. That option is so people can send you an actual email, but never see your address because TEG sends it for you.

TEG doesn't appear to have a PM notification option. If it does, it's somewhere hard to find. :/
