Lots of goodies... canning more salsa right now and more on the way :D Plus we got 3 freezers FULL ... hope we dont lose power any this year!

Wow, I am BLOWN away!!!

I haven't gotten near that good of a harvest. We frozen a couple gallon bags and a few dozen jars, but no where NEAR that!

Now I'm afraid we're going to starve this winter. You guys look as good as good though. :D

I also hope your electricity doesn't go out. But if you run out of room in your pantry for all those pickles, I can make room in mine!!!! :lol:

Thank You Everybody... over all we did have a GREAT garden season, this is my 2nd year canning and it really saves come winter time and now that we have our chickens/eggs... woohooo we are set :D We have given LOADS of stuff to family and friends too... whenever some one comes down to visit they leave with good bags from the garden!

vfem - VERY BODY wants them pickles, lol I did dill, bread butter and 14 day sweet pickles (they didnt turn out so good, too soft for our liken, have to throw those in some tuna or chicken salad) Had to make a ton more dill pickles this year we went through them too fast last year! Our kids eat em up :D

lol... thanks... our big garden is around 70x80 and we have a little one I forget the size.
