Pickled Eggs?

So I am searching for the BEST pickled egg recipe

I have tried 2 different recipes, well I have eaten one and the other is waiting.......

I am using Quail eggs for this, as they are the best little bite sized things available

Hum.....I remember eating some red eggs. I suspect Aunt Claris pickled them in Harvard Beet juice once the beets were eaten.
