Ramen Soup with Nettle

I made some Ramen soup with a few sprigs of stinging nettle today! So good! It would be even better if you add some jumbo shrimp!

The Nettle & Ramen soup, not the plant . Cooked, the nettle tastes a good deal like spinach to me.

Just a little crumbled bacon would be just fine.

I agree - the steamed nettle tastes just like cooked spinach, but with more texture. It's a treat!
