Wasn't sure where to put this.....

The blueberry honey jam recipe that I posted comes from the Complete Book of Small Batch Preserving by Ellie Topp & Margaret Howard. It has over 300 recipes from chutneys to jams to sauces & liquors. Lots of creative recipes. It was a gift & hands down a must have book for anybody who ever fires up a canner.

It's well worth checking out.
 
thanks! that's good to know. i'm going to hunt that one up. I haven't ever fired up my canner. it's still sitting on a shelf in it's box in pristine condition. I will use it. I will use it. I will use it.

Me too!!! (Got the canner over a year ago!) Will check out he book. Thanks for the tip.
